However, to enhance our customer satisfaction, we allow our Customers to request unlimited amendments for free within 30 days after the order completion date.
If a revision request is made after this period, the customer may be required to pay a revision fee (the standard fee is 50% of the original order price), based on the context and urgency of the revision.
To offer free amendments, the revision instructions must not differ significantly from the original order instructions. Otherwise, the Customer shall be required to pay at least 70% of the order value, depending on the extent of the revision needed.
The customer can request a revision via any communication means with the support. However, a formal written request is required for record-keeping. You can still request that we revise your paper, even if the deadline has not yet lapsed.
If the customer requests a revision to be done by a different expert, they must provide a substantial reason; failure to do so, the current writer will amend the paper.
We operate under transparency and need to inform the writers why another expert was preferred to proceed with the paper. This information helps us evaluate the reliability of the writers.
The revision request should be accompanied by a revision deadline, which must not be lower than 25% of the original order's deadline.
SmartWrite would decline a revision based on the professor's feedback if the customer submitted the original company's product as their own. However, if the customer did not violate this policy, they would be guided, rather than helped, to revise the order according to the professor's requirements.
