Revision Policy

This proactive team of writers aims to deliver quality papers free from structural errors, grammar mistakes, or plagiarism on the first attempt.  Since we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, we allow our clients to ask for free amendments within 14 days after the order completion date.

However, the customer shall pay a revision fee (the standard fee is 50% of the original order price) for revision requests made after this period, based on the complexity and urgency.

The revision instructions cannot be different from the original order instructions. Otherwise, the customer shall be required to pay not less than 70% of the original order value.

The customer can request a revision via any communication means with the support. However, a formal written request is required for record-keeping. You can still ask us to revise your paper even if the deadline has not lapsed. 

If the customer requests a revision to be done by a different expert, they have to give a substantial reason, failure to which the current writer will amend the paper.

We operate under transparency and need to inform the writers why another expert was preferred to proceed with the paper. More so, we need the information to evaluate the reliability of the writers. 

The revision request should be accompanied by a revision deadline, which must not be lower than 25% of the original order's deadline.  

SmartWrite would decline a revision based on the professor's feedback if the customer submitted the original company's product as their own. However, if the customer did not violate this policy, they would be guided, and not helped, to revise the order as per the professor's requirements.
